MEDIATION

Disputes both personal and business-related can often be settled outside of Court, without the need to resort to litigation. Mediation is a valuable tool for working out mutually agreeable solutions among disputing parties, and can often yield favorable results for both sides moving forward. When handled diplomatically, mediation can be an empowering process that allows both sides in a dispute to be heard and contribute to an acceptable solution, while avoiding the expense, delays and hard feelings that often accompany formal litigation.

The attorneys at Ouimette & Runcie have the experience necessary to evaluate claims and potential cases, and to make recommendations and/or otherwise assist parties in resolving disputes before they end up in court. Contact Ouimette & Runcie if you would like to discuss the possibility of mediation as a tool for dispute resolution.
